Two new features designed to streamline your workflow and boost productivity
The EIG Knowledge base continues to evolve based on your feedback, and this quarter we’re rolling out two practical features that make accessing and reusing information far easier.

Secure download available
First, a platform-wide Download capability will soon let users retrieve files through a secure proxy. This addresses a common pain point for organisations that couldn’t access resources hosted on Google Drive: where appropriate you’ll be able to download zip packages containing PDFs that were previously only shareable via Drive, with links that expire after a short window (typically 72 hours) for security. When a resource points to an external website, the download control will instead redirect you straight to the source so you can pick up the original content seamlessly. Importantly, the files remain inside the EIG environment and the same EIG URL is used; downloads are served under our platform domain at app.electronicinvoicing.global.
Introduction of the “Copy” button
The second enhancement introduces a dedicated Copy button for content across the platform. Where text was previously not available to copy, using the new copy button, you can now select all text for a category subject or choose specific sections to copy for internal reuse. This small change is designed for real-world needs; preparing client summaries, internal reports, or mapping notes without recreating content by hand.
Both features were prioritised because you told us they matter: they remove friction, save time in onboarding and reporting, and make it simpler to share validated information with internal teams.
