Electronic Invoicing Global Team Expands
Introducing our newest team members
We’re adding to our E-Invoicing team as part of our continuing efforts to support our customers’ growth. We’re pleased to introduce our latest new team members, Sylvia and Joey, who bring a wealth of experience and expertise:
Sylvia Vertegaal
Sylvia has a background in project management and software implementation. She has previously worked on the development of an e-invoicing portal that processed more than a million invoices a year and is currently working with the Dutch government on a system for electronic procurement orders.
She has a passion for helping businesses to digitize their processes and become more efficient. This includes both e-invoicing and e-procurement, which she sees as complementary steps.
“Scanning and capturing invoices is repetitive work, so making the change to process invoices digitally can free up resources to focus on other things,” Sylvia says. “And the next step is e-procurement, which allows businesses to receive confirmations and updates on orders digitally.”
Sylvia is looking forward to using her experience to help clients as they transform their businesses.

Joey Buijtendorp
Joey brings experience in source-to-pay, electronic invoicing and robotic process automation. He has previously worked on an e-invoicing project where he helped to onboard suppliers doing business with the Dutch government.
He is excited to work on projects with businesses and help them to benefit from streamlined invoicing processes.
“E-invoicing is the future,” Joey says. “We’re not there yet, but I’m enthusiastic about the technology and the opportunities that it will create. When a company wants to know about e-invoicing regulations anywhere in the world, or about the techniques, formats or systems that are needed, we have the platform that can answer their questions.”
Having joined the team earlier this year, Joey is keen to make a real difference for customers that are looking to implement efficient and effective e-invoicing solutions.
