We do not provide software ourselves because we’re software-independent. This helps us in our additional services, such as selecting the most suitable e-invoicing software (vendor) for our clients.

Once a week, you will receive an email summarizing changes in countries marked as ‘favorites’ in the knowledge base. You can easily click through from this email to view the notification and details for the specific country.

Yes, when provided by the local government, you can download the relevant technical documentation and example files directly from the country pages.

At this moment, we have structured information about e-invoicing, e-archiving and e-signatures within the knowledge base.

Each country page includes an ‘assistance’ button for users to directly contact our e-invoicing experts. As part of the subscription, there is also at least one session every three months between our team and one or more representatives from the organization. During these sessions, any questions regarding e-invoicing can be discussed with our team of experts.

The number of users per organization is unlimited. This allows everyone in your organization to work with the same reliable, structured, and up-to-date e-invoicing laws and regulations.

Yes, for each organization, we create at least one administrator. These administrators can add users to their organization profile in the knowledge base.

The membership program is exclusive to organizations with a subscription to the knowledge base. Within the program, there are at least two gatherings per year. Members share knowledge and experiences, as well as a networking opportunity for potential contacts throughout the year.
